		<description>Can&#039;t comment on Where 2.0 this year as I did not go, however I would guess Where 2.0 gives you a more complete view as the proprietary players are also represented. But in the sense of seeing the results of a community with a common shared perspective, FOSS4G is a unique experience.</description>
