Fair point, Gerrymandering using this technology would be a disappointing outcome, hardly and indication of change in Washington

It’s not like some of us aren’t aware that the RNC is in fact a massive purchaser of GIS technologies, both visual and analytic, Ed.

Good on that campaign for coming to a realization that such technologies could be put to use. The difference though, I would hope — is that it isn’t used to attempt to game districts in the manner in which the RNC has and continues to do. Just sayin’.
